Mr Chetan Bhagat …seen more as the voice of a generation than just an author, this IIT/IIM-A graduate is making INDIA read like never before.
But this success did not come easy to him. While addressing the students present there he talked about various obstacles he faced in life …
• Father :was in the army and Chetan that time wanted to be a chef … his father used to say
“hum tope chalate hain aur humara beta karchian chalayega? “ (We in the army fight in the battle field and my son wants to cook in the kitchen?? “
• BOSS ,PUBLISHERS , BOLLYWOOD , WIFE ,MOTHER IN LAW and so many more …
BUT Chetan Bhagat emphasized on one thing to achieve success

AND WITH THIS he crossed every obstacle that came his way...
The PUBLISHERS used to tell him “INDIANS don’t read books!!”
“Your book won’t sell 1000 copies”
“You are a Techi ..Why don’t you write Text Books? “
BUT WHEN “5 POINT SOME1 “CAME IN PRINT IT SOLD MORE THAN A MILLION COPIES!!!

THEN there was no looking back the author has published 2 more novels
1)ONE NIGHT AT THE CALL CENTRE
2)3 MISTAKES OF MY LIFE!
And his 4th book (which is a Romantic Love Story) would hit the stores soon!!!
It turns out that Mr Bhagat is an AIESEC alumni (AIESEC Delhi)
Interacted with the AIESECers …got pictures clicked...And signed everybody an autograph who wanted it... Even though he was getting very late!!!
