AIESEC provides its members with an integrated learning experience through the following opportunities:
Leadership opportunities
AIESEC members are offered leadership opportunities within the organization starting from managing a local office comprising of 50-100 members to a national office managing AIESEC in 5-20 cities across the country to managing AIESEC internationally. The leadership of the organization is comprised of students presently in college and recent graduates and the leadership opportunities do not exceed a year in duration therefore giving every member the opportunity to gain from such an experience.
Conferences:

Each year members of AIESEC gain access to over 470conferences held across the globe. These conferences focus on subjects ranging from entrepreneurship to leadership to planning & strategy within the organization. These conferences serve as platforms for training, networking and a lot of fun between AIESECers.
Work Abroad:
The work abroad program, or exchange as it is popularly called within AIESEC, binds together all AIESECers. Over 5,500 global work opportunities with partners globally allows members the chance to live the ultimate experience of living and working in a foreign country in areas of management, education, technology and development work.
AIESEC counts almost all the Fortune 500 companies amongst its clients. It is partnered with leading NGOs and companies across the world from Microsoft to DHL to the United Nations Development Program. It offers these organizations access to global talent while providing its members the chance to work with a partner in a different country. Locally, we are partnered with Google, Deloitte, Dr Reddy’s Foundation, Byrraju Foundation, Organet Consulting etc.
4 kinds of internships are offered by AIESEC:
• Management – traineeships related to administration, finance, accounting, marketing, project management and HR.
• Development – usually with NGOs, traineeships usually relate to wide variety of issues in community development.
• Technical – traineeships relate to management and development in web, software, networks, and databases, plus some engineering.
• Education – traineeships relate to promotion, curriculum development, teaching, and counselling in education sector
Likewise, we offer organizations students from across the world who are willing to work in these fields.
